From one in all out, to phased evacuation, we have you covered. 

Our skilled engineers have worked on many different buildings over the years including Government Property, Prisons, M.O.D. Bases, Shopping centres, Hospitals, Student Accommodation, Council Buildings. Hotels, Factories and Housing Association Properties. Each type of building can require different cause and effects programming, such as a phased evacuation or timed delays. 

We will discuss your requirements at design stage so that our commissioning engineers have a clear understanding of the cause and effects schedule when on site. 

Once we have fully inspected, programmed and tested your fire alarm system and are satisfied that it conforms to all requirements and is fit for purpose we will issue you with a commissioning certificate. 

It is critical that once your fire alarm system is commissioned a maintenance schedule is put in place to ensure that the system continues to work as designed and ensure that you are compliant with the current fire safety regulations.
